Refund and Cancellation Policy
Zucchero doesn't accept general returns of online purchases. In case you receive a Leakage or damaged product, you can raise an enquiry for a refund or replacement. However, that request has to be raised within 2-3 days of product delivery.
The replacement product is dispatched as soon as the customer representative informs the Operations team.
While the refund process takes 5-6 days from the day it has been issued.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.
- No claims for return or replacement will be valid if made after 7 days of delivery.
- No request for a refund, return or replacement will be accepted if the product delivered is as per the order and not in damaged condition.
- Valid photo proof of the damaged product is mandatory for refund/replacement. Seal broken products will be considered invalid.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method only
- There may be oil separation on top of the jar as there is No Stabiliser/Preservatives present in the product. Please stir well before using it. The Oil you see is natural peanut oil no refund will be given for the same.
Zucchero reserves all rights to accept or reject return requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Zucchero reserves the right to cancel/reject any order in case of malicious, suspicious or fraudulent payment methods.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the company rules and any cancellation charges if applicable will be deducted from the refund.
